Born and raised in Montreal, Quebec, Kelly has had a unique career in both retail and wholesale for over 35 years. She has worked in buying & store operations for Imports Bazaar- Pier 1 Imports, as a Purchasing Agent & Store Facilities Manager for Les Boutiques Jacob and as a Buyer & Sr. Buyer for Price Club & Costco Wholesale. In addition to Sullivan Inc. Branding, Kelly owns and operates (CEO & Founder) a sister company entitled Altene Marketing & Consulting which she has successfully managed for over 20 years. Altene is a manufacturer’s sales agency and consultant primarily for “Big Box Stores.” Depending on the customer needs and the products they represent & develop, Altene can also coordinate to sell to other retailers.

One of Kelly’s strengths that has lead to creating many “wow items” in the industry, is her ability to capitalize on new trends and pivot whenever she needs to. Her specialities when creating and representing a new product/customer include; brand acquisition, brand development and of course packaging. Kelly has created and developed hundreds & hundreds of items as a Buyer and Seller of new products. She has a wealth of knowledge in various categories and collaborates with many industry professionals due to her extensive experience & awesome reputation. She now resides in Ottawa, Ontario and is fluently bilingual in both English and French.

I am an avid foodie who enjoys cooking, travelling, photography, thoroughbred horse racing and spending time with my family & friends. I am an active member of the “International Woman’s Leadership Association” as well as an advocate for chronic pain & auto immune disorders. I have also been a keynote speaker on “How to do business with Big Box Stores.” I look forward to fostering mutual synergies with you and your organization.
